David Cameron praises Aung San Suu Kyi (Video)


UK Prime Minister David Cameron has met pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi in Rangoon during his visit to Burma.

Mr Cameron said it was a "huge honour" to be with Ms Suu Kyi, telling her, "your struggle, your bravery, your courage" had inspired millions in Britain.

The pro-democracy leader said it was "absolutely the right time" for Mr Cameron to visit, saying her country "still has a long way to go but we believe that we can get there".

both H.E Mr.Prime Minister of United Kingdom and our Mother Suu acknowledged the zealous efforts of our most esteemed Leader H.E U Thein Sein(The President of Myanmar)and also noted that there are "a handful of peoples who are,exactly, the obstacles for Myanmar's way to Democracy.For His Excellency information,H.E U Than Shwe and H.E U Maung Aye(our former leaders)paved the way for Democratic changes in Myanmar.Thank you Mr.Prime Minister,you still have H.E U Than Shwe in your mind as a former leader of Myanmar and the founder of Myanmar's way to Democracy~!
