ျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံရဲ႕ ပထမဆုံး ပုဂၢလိက တကၠသုိလ္ျဖစ္တဲ့ ဗစ္တိုးရီးယား ယူနီဗာစတီ ေကာလိပ္ ကို လာမယ့္ ၂၀၁၂ ခုႏွစ္ ဇန္န၀ါရီလ ၃၁ ရက္ေန႔မွာ စတင္ ဖြင့္လွစ္သြားမွာ ျဖစ္တယ္လုိ႔ ဒီဇင္ဘာလ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔က ရန္ကုန္ၿမိဳ႕ ကုန္သည္ႀကီးမ်ား ဟိုတယ္မွာ က်င္းပ ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ဲတဲ့ စာနယ္ဇင္းရွင္း လင္းပြဲမွ သိရပါသည္။
အဆိုပါ ေကာလိပ္မွာ ၿဗိတိန္ ႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ ၉ တန္း ၁၀ တန္းအဆင့္ Sixth Form ကို ျပည္တြင္းမွာ IGCSE ေျဖဆိုဖို႔ မလိုဘဲ တက္ေရာက္ႏုိ င္မွာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။ အဆိုပါ အတန္းရဲ႕ ပထမႏွစ္ သင္တန္းကို အေျခခံပညာ အလယ္တန္း အ႒မတန္း ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီးသူ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Secondary Level II ကို ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီး သူတိုင္း တက္ေရာက္ ႏိုင္တယ္လုိ႔ သိရပါသည္။ ဒ့ါအျပင္ Sixth Form ရဲ႕ ဒုတိယႏွစ္ သင္တန္းကိုေတာ့ န၀မတန္း ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီးသူ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ွSecondary Level II ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီးသူတိုင္း တက္ေရာက္ႏုိင္တာ ျဖစ္ပါသည္။
ဒ့ါအျပင္ ပထမအဆင့္ ဒီဂရီဒီပလိုမာျဖစ္တဲ့ Higher National Diploma အတြက္ကိုေတာ့ ၁၀ တန္း ေအာင္ျမင္ၿပီးသူတိုင္း တက္ေရာက္ သင္ၾကားလို႔ ရမွာျဖစ္တယ္လုိ႔ သိရပါသည္။ အဆိုပါ ေကာလိပ္မွာ သင္ၾကားမႈ ဆရာ ၊ ဆရာမေတြ အေနနဲ႔ အဂၤလန္ ၊ အေမရိကန္ ၊ အိႏိၵယ အစရွိတဲ့ ျပည္ပ ႏုိင္ငံမ်ားမွ ပညာရွင္မ်ားနဲ႔ ျပည္တြင္းရွိ HND ဘြဲ႕ ရရွိထားတဲ့ ဆရာ ၊ ဆရာမ မ်ားက သင္ၾကား ေပးသြားမွာ ျဖစ္တယ္လုိ႔ သိရပါသည္။

I have a few questions for Dr. Nay,
1.Will the students get the real HND or will they get only HD?
2.Will you guarantee their future?
3.How many Universities from all over the world approved this Diploma?
4.Does your school get syllabus from England?
5.What will you do if this project fail again? Will you open another University ?
2.one year guarantee .previous time-- e.g.,Nay-La education,and ....now present Tech Education.Owner's future is good coz he gets money for one or two years.
3.He approve ,
4.get from internet,so many references books.But some parents will believe that syllabus.
5.Fail,never mind, first will get money for the costs coz some parents will pay.
Frankly i want to say,Really lie and get money from -----.
IF they Really have ability,they can do? like Malaysia,Singapore's colleges(coming soon) of theWestern Universities,Cambridge,Oxford.
And then all approve that diploma ,certificate,or can go the western universities.
Myanmar Pyi education--Fut Fut chin ah miee lain nay tar,--i study ,then i teach my pupil,then my pupil teach his people,his people teach his people,-----------.
We did not get the real University education,got the Ma Sa La and military gov's education.The University professors who studied at the western did not have authority for real Universities.Really only the University can give Degree his( professor board) own decision,if the students has ability to get this degree.
Now Myanmar Public school or college or --university--.Other countries' approve very far away very far.Myanmar Government will not appoint at his ministery department. --------and then------------------------------------------
i would like to say "use the word of university or college" it must be followed that in myanmar,student can joint to university or college after passing BEHS.
